Terms of Service

Last updated: 13 July 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Subs Manager ("we", "us") and govern your use of subs-manager.com and the Subs Manager service. By creating an account you accept these terms. Questions? support@subs-manager.com.

1. What Subs Manager is

Subs Manager lets you sell paid subscriptions to your Telegram channels. We provide a branded Telegram bot, an optional purchase page, an admin dashboard, and automatic channel access management. Payments are processed by your own Stripe account - your revenue goes directly from your subscribers to your bank and never passes through our systems.

2. Your account

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract. You are responsible for keeping your Telegram account and Stripe credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account.

3. Your responsibilities

  • You own or have the rights to the content you sell, and your channel complies with applicable law and with Telegram's Terms of Service and Stripe's terms.
  • You are the merchant of record for your subscribers. Pricing, content promises, subscriber refunds and taxes on your sales are your responsibility.
  • If you sell regulated content (for example betting tips), you are responsible for complying with the advertising and consumer rules that apply to you.
  • You will not use the service for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful, and you will not attempt to breach or overload the service.

4. Fees and billing

We charge a flat monthly fee based on your subscriber count, as shown on our pricing page. We never take a percentage of your revenue. Fees are billed monthly via Stripe. If we change prices, existing customers get at least 30 days' notice before a change takes effect. The free tier (up to 5 subscribers) requires no payment details.

5. Refunds

Our own fee is covered by a 14-day satisfaction guarantee - see the refund policy. Refunds to your subscribers are between you and them, issued through your own Stripe account.

6. Service availability

Subs Manager is in active development and provided "as is". We work hard to keep it running continuously, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance and material incidents are communicated via Telegram.

7. Cancellation and termination

You can cancel at any time. When you cancel, we stop managing channel access and delete your stored credentials, but your Stripe products, customers and subscriptions remain in your own Stripe account - you lose nothing you built. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonable.

8. Intellectual property

We own the Subs Manager software and branding. You own your content, your channel, your subscriber relationships and your data. You grant us only the permissions needed to operate the service for you.

9. Liability

To the extent permitted by law: we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (including lost profits or lost subscribers), and our total liability under these terms is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the service evolves. For material changes we will give at least 14 days' notice via Telegram or email. Continuing to use the service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
