This policy explains what personal data Subs Manager ("we", "us") collects when you use subs-manager.com and the Subs Manager service, why we collect it, and the choices you have. If anything is unclear, email us at support@subs-manager.com or message @SubsManagerSupport on Telegram.
Two groups of people interact with Subs Manager:
Creator account data. When you log in with Telegram we receive the data Telegram shares through its login widget: your Telegram ID, first name, and (if set) your username and profile photo. We do not receive your phone number.
Service configuration. To run your bot we store your Telegram bot token and your Stripe restricted API key. These credentials are stored encrypted. The restricted key cannot access your Stripe balance, initiate payouts, or read card data.
Subscriber data (processed for creators). For each subscriber of a creator's channel we process their Telegram ID, name/username, subscription status and history, and channel membership. Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe - card numbers never pass through or reach our systems.
Support conversations. If you contact us by email or Telegram, we keep the correspondence so we can help you.
Analytics (optional, with your consent). If you accept our analytics cookie, we use Google Analytics 4 with IP anonymisation to understand how visitors use the marketing site. If you decline, no analytics cookie is set. You can clear the choice at any time by deleting the site's data in your browser.
We share data only with the services needed to run Subs Manager:
We keep creator account data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel, we delete your bot token and Stripe key promptly and remove remaining account data within 90 days, except records we must keep for legal reasons. Your Stripe customers and subscriptions live in your own Stripe account and are unaffected by anything we delete.
Under UK and EU data protection law you can ask us to access, correct, delete, restrict or export your personal data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interests. Email support@subs-manager.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to your local supervisory authority (in the UK, the ICO).
If you are a subscriber to a creator's channel, the creator controls your subscription data - direct requests to them first, and we will assist them in fulfilling your request.
Credentials (bot tokens and Stripe keys) are stored encrypted, access to production systems is restricted, and we deliberately request only restricted Stripe permissions so that even in the worst case your Stripe balance and payout settings cannot be touched.
If we make material changes we will update this page and the date above, and for significant changes we will notify creators via Telegram or email.
