Is my Stripe account safe?

We use a restricted Stripe API key - we can manage subscriptions but cannot see your balance, initiate payouts, or access card data. Money flows from Stripe directly to your bank. We never touch it.

What if I cancel Subs Manager?

Your Stripe subscriptions live in your own Stripe account - they don't disappear if you cancel. You retain all customer data. We simply stop managing channel access.

Yes. We use a restricted Stripe API key with the minimum permissions needed to manage subscriptions. We cannot access your balance, initiate payouts, or see your card data. Payouts go directly from Stripe to your bank - we never touch your money. You can see exactly what permissions are requested before creating the key.

What happens when a subscription expires?

The bot automatically removes the user from your private channel(s) the moment their subscription lapses. If they renew, they're re-added instantly. No manual work required on your end.
